  • What if there is something that could open up an entire world that is currently sitting right UNDER YOUR NOSE?

It’s GRATITUDE honey.

Crazily underestimated, it an UBER POWERFUL practise that if you master it you’ll nail manifesting and complete lifestyle change FAST. I can’t emphasise this enough. Gratitude puts you at the TOP of the emotional guidance scale. AKA a manifesting magnet.

If you are unable to see the good you have around you right now you are missing a trick. You are literally surrounded but I bet you haven’t noticed..

Gratitude is instant feel good. It’s the same as ‘appreciation’ so it puts you right at the top of the emotional guidance scale. You can’t feel good and bad at the same time, its impossible, so when you switch your thoughts from something that is making you feel bad to being grateful, in that moment you have controlled your emotions and put yourself at the top of the scale and are in manifesting mode – winning!

Practising being grateful puts you in charge of how you want to feel. If something upsets you find something to be grateful about and you will have switched your energy. The more you practise being grateful the more optimistic you become, the happier you will be and the more opportunities and situations will happen for you. You will be a magnet, lucky and someone people want to be around.

For today;

Write out 5 gratitudes – In your notepad write down 5 things you are grateful for. It can either be one topic with 5 reasons and why you are grateful, or, 5 different topics and why, or, go ahead of yourself and be grateful for what YOU want is coming.

Write your affirmation; “my life is about to change, I don’t know how or when but my life is about to change”

Dream day journal – Work that imagination mental muscle girl, what would your ideal day be today?

Carry on scoring your Emotional pattern – Practice using gratitude if you dip below 7.
