If your account says its INACTIVE, try these things first.

    • If you are a new member, make sure you have received an account Verification email. This usually goes into your junk/spam folders. Find it, verify and then go to to login.
    • 99% of the time its a typo issue either in your email or password, sometimes when we sign up quickly mistakes happen, so do a thorough check of your spellings first and usually it logs you in.
    • If you still can’t login, send an email to and we can reset your passwords or email.

    How do I change my subscription?

    All card updates, payment changes and to cancel subscriptions are done in the following way:

    Step #1: Go to the login box & login (you need to be logged in to make it easier)

    Step #2: Go to Hi, {YOUR NAME} and you will be able to amend your card, details and cancel your subscription.
