Journalling and creative writing is a fabulously powerful.

Have you heard people say they put pen to paper and the words literally felt like they were coming through them? I have heard so many teachers talk like that and for me that is exactly how I describe it when I get in the zone. Writing things that are coming from your mind is a huge step in understanding yourself internally, it can take practise but its soo worth it.

I was out having lunch by myself one day and had a huge pull to write.. I forgot my notepad (rookie error), So I had to ask a waiter to borrow his order pad, lol. What I wrote was a powerful insight into my business

I find that being able to write things down gives me incredible clarity on what I’m thinking, feeling, whats on my mind, getting clarity, dream building, visualising and most of all my work comes from waves of inspired writing… literally everything.

It’s probably the single biggest tool that I have consistently used that I would say has been instrumental in my changing in my life. I adore it. I find if I feel shitty, or argue with my man (yep, it happens), just by writing I get immense sense of peace, calm, safety and often a resolve to any problems.
